Raventos I Blanc is more than just a winery. It is a viticulture tradition that spans more than 500 years. The farming is Biodynamic with Organic certifications and no waste. It is a complete cycle like farming was in the 1500's. They are on record as the first bottle fermented wine made in Spain. The wines are produced with only quality in mind. There is no added sugar. Green apple with a touch of melon and apricot are the main fruit components with the biscuity notes in the background. If you want ot try a dry sparkler you cant get much better
Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine marked by the typicity of its place of origin, the Vinya del Llac, a vineyard over 40 years’ old, which allows us to obtain a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine.
