Pietra Bordiga was a well known bartender and herbalist in Turin. He parlayed his knowledge of herbs into making a very well recieved Vermouth which he sold throughout the City of Turin. He started his own distillery in 1888. The Bianco is based of of Moscato and COrtse grapes with many different herbs from the Occitan Alps used.
